Family
members arriving on Friday night gathered for a dinner.
It was a time for hugging folks who hadn't been seen
in a while, seeing how much the kids had all grown,
and catching up on what's been happening.

There
were reunion tee-shirts for everyone.......

...as
well as Conner Family address books....
...
and calendars featuring family photos from the
1880's.

Each
family was asked to fill in the blanks on the "leaves"
for their family tree and pin to the trees hanging
on the walls. This helped us to update our history
data on everyone there. |

The
young people had fun with a game where they guessed
what was in the "mystery" jars.
"Is
it frog's eyes?.... no! Then it must be caterpillar
eggs?... I dunno!" ........

 |
"What's
that yellow stuff?... Got me! I just want to know
it I can eat it."
"Eat
it !!.... no way, I think it might be moth balls!"
"You
think so, huh?" |

 |
There
was a lot of snuggling with Grandkids, as the little
ones fell asleep tired but happy...... |
|

.....
while the big kids were making plans and saying,
"the night is yet young, let's party!"
